How to check if Badge requirements are met

This part is pretty easy.

• For the advanced Badges there are really strict and specific requirements to match, you just have to witness the pony or trainer match these requirements and then can award the badge. Do note that the Badge System also has a not function, so if its a more complicated Badge you can witness part of it and then note down that the person did this part for other trainers to rely upon.
• For white Badges its purely knowledge based. Just have a talk with the person about the Badge topic and see what they know. If there are things lacking in the knowledge, simply teach them these things in polite chat by pointing out these additional aspects before giving them the Badge. Generally people should not really fail to get white badges, as if they lack knowledge it is up to you as trainer to provide that for them.
• Black badges can be awarded through eithr knowledge of the topic or practical demonstration. These have no specific requirements as they are basic badges. In order to get a slalom badge a pony should be able to fluidly run a slalom, but it does not have to beat the scoreboard obviously. Similarly, a trainer should be able to explain a beginner pony a few tricks of how to improve, but does not need to be able to mprove a champion for the black Badge. The idea behind the black Badges is to have basic proficiency so one can improve in this aspect if desired.

How to award Badges in the Badge System

This part is probably even easier as the system is made for easy handling. Lets have a look through the steps, yes? With Pictures!

Logging in

In order to log into the system with rights to hand out badges, you need to make sure to wear an active sNr Trainer grouptag and click on one of the Prims around the sim (the one in the picture is riht next to the chimney at the main stable). This will send you a private link message in open text. Just click the Link and you should be getting the page with trainer rights in your browser. Note that you will have two additional fields when logging in as sNr Trainer (see image, red highlights).

Awarding a Badge

In order to award a Badge you have to be logged into the system as sNr Trainer (see above). This will allow you to use the Star button (see image) on any Profile within the system. Clicking it will open a new window with a selection of Badges, based on the Badge categories. Simply select the Badge you wish to award (one Badge at a time). The system will then change to focus on this Badge in particular and ask you to confirm... press confirm if you wish to award the badge. Do note that only Badges which have not yet been acquired by someone are available to be selected.

Searching for Residents

In order to award a Badge you need to first go to the profile of the pony/handler you wish to award the Badge to. This is a pretty simple Process:

• Open their SL Profile and copy either their Agent Name or UUID
• Go to Resident search in the Badge database and paste the respective information
• Click the little spyglas button below the field you filled
