Grab a copy of the trainer id from the Staff Vendor. Wear it and click on it, it will give you a menu with an input area. Ignore this for the first time and click on the link above it. This will get you in your browser to the Badge Maker website.<br />
Your name will be prefilled, enter or select a title.<br />
Upload or use your SL profile pic, click on generate.<br />

Now download your generated image and upload it to Second Life via your viewer (menu Build > Upload > Image or press Ctrl+U), select the downloaded image and upload it.<br />
